First of all, the clock is an amazing product- something I have been looking for 40 years - non electric clock that is silent & looks good & is not plastic ! On top of that, they are a small business with outstanding customer service- I had a last minute change to my order & they handled it seamlessly and very personably & orders shipped expediently. I felt very attended to by a kind human. Buy clocks for all your friends!!! It really is healthier for all. And these guys provide best health sanity products (Keep AI out of the bedroom…) Thanks!

The clock I initially received arrived broken. The seller immediately sent out a replacement, and the second clock is perfect! I dinged one star off the quality fort the broken one, but am hoping the new clock will last a long time. It’s just the right size for my bathroom counter, and I love the style. It’s hard to find a black clock that isn’t plastic, so I was really happy to find this. Customer service from this shop is excellent! Will definitely order from them again. Highly recommend !

I love the Bagby product line and in particular, the clocks. They are beautiful, fit anywhere, work well and class up the space they’re in. I ordered one as a gift awhile back and liked it so much I ordered one for myself.
