Growing younger …
Our dog is so much more playful and his poops have improved 100% since giving him Superfood Complete. We are so pleased with this change we see in him.

Founded by actress and animal activist Katherine Heigl, we create products made with some of the healthiest foods on Earth — like premium, hearty beef from suppliers who care about the humane treatment of animals, as well as hand-selected superfoods for canine health. We also make it a priority to employ safe, responsible cooking practices by slow-cooking and air-drying our dog food to ensure maximum freshness and nutritional content. It’s all the good stuff your dog needs to thrive, with none of the bad. Named for her ranch in Utah where the Heigl Family rescues animals, Badlands Ranch stands for treating every dog with love and respect. That’s why it is a proud sponsor of the Jason Debus Heigl Foundation and its rescue efforts, medical care, obedience training, and placement of dogs in happy, loving homes. With every purchase of a Badlands Ranch product, you’re not just helping your dog achieve a healthier life… you’re helping another dog in need find a forever home.

My grand dog loves the liver treats!

My dog and my cat love the salmon treats. I mean LOVE. I would like to have Sarge, my 90 lb German Shepherd, on the Badlands food but can’t afford it. I will continue using as a topper. He now dances for his food! Thanks for making a quality food.

Piper has been eating your chicken recipe for two weeks now, she loves it. I still give her other foods like eggs or baked chicken, however she still loves the Badland Ranch chicken.

I have 3 dogs and they where showing signs of itching and just laying around . They loved the food and showing better signs of improvement like running around and wanting to play. My only problem was the price but they said could use a little with other food and that helps out a lot. Highly recommended

For a 50 pound dog it would cost you $400 a month. If you have a small dog I highly recommend it it would be affordable and I’m talking about between five and 20 pounds max.

My dog has had a lot of health problems since a pup so I have spent hours researching what the healthiest foods offered were. I came across Badlands Ranch and was really touched by Katherine’s testimony and how she wants to help etc etc etc. Fast forward about 6 months, my dog starts having loose stool so much so I have to wipe her bottom every time she potties. The vet suggested the beef recipe wasn’t good for her and she was having trouble digesting it and suggested I switch her. Well 7 bags later and passed the 90 day return period I decided to call and see if there was anyway they could help cut some of the losses and maybe send it back since it was making my pet sickera. Being they are all for healthier pets right? No….they don’t care….it was like speaking to a robot. I’m sorry my dog didn’t show the symptoms within the 90 days or I didn’t directly link it together. My dog enjoyed the food but her little body couldn’t handle it. The only recipe they had when I got it was the beef. Let’s not forget the aggressive push to buy more more more bags bc they are offering a discount RIGHT NOW ACT FAST!! In turn, trying to save money by buying more like they push you to do and feed my dog healthier food and help other dogs by making the purchase, it all backfired by me losing money and my dogs health being compromised. If this company truly cared about the well being of our pets, they should understand certain circumstances and hear them out. Not just brush them off and read their stupid policy and say, “sorry I’m not sorry!” I don’t know many ppl who can spend that much money in food for their dog so the chances of me being able to sell it locally are slim to none. Think twice before you get sucked in to this money racket.

“In mid October I ordered one bag of Badlands Ranch dog food. Just one week before I lost my beautiful 13 1/2 golden retriever. She was a certified service dog, pet therapy dog and search and rescue dog. I saw an ad for Badlands dog food and was hoping it would be more healthy for my remaining dog than the premium dog food I had been feeding. There was a 100% guarantee of refund. I am used to ordering from Chewys and Amazon and they really stand behind their products and with their customers. This is what I was used to. If an item was broken or damaged on delivery, they stood by their guarantee. By October 22 I still had not received my order and I called Badlands Ranch. I was told it had been delivered on October 20th. I replied it was not delivered. I am handicapped and am mostly always home. I looked a second time around my front porch and was adamant it was not delivered. Badlands verified by photo it was delivered. By this time it was dark but I grabbed my flashlight and went to the far end of my driveway. There was the package on the street side of a pillar and out of sight of my house. It had been out there for two days with the temperatures of 104 degree days with the sun beating down on it and had bugs crawling all over it. I contacted Badlands Ranch and told them I was requesting a refund. I was told I would receive a 30% refund and I could keep the product, which was $44.90. I told them I did not want the product and if they would send me a return code (like Amazon), I would return the product the very next day. I was told I would receive 100% refund but would have to pay for shipping. I sent it back, the very next day, at a cost of $14.27. I have paid $59.17 total for this Badlands Ranch dog food. They did refund $39.95. I am owed a total of $19.22……from a company that guaranteed 100% refund. That may not be a lot of money to some, but I am not a movie star and it is to me. More importantly it points out that 100% guarantee with Badlands Ranch comes with strings attached. Be wary! Check out the guarantee on their website. It indicates 90 days for a full refund yet they offered me a 30% refund and I had the food less than a day. If I paid to return the product they would refund “almost” 100%. This has got to be some type of scam. Joyce Hubler
