Badlands RanchReviews of badlandsranch.com

My wife just showed me the Badlands ad for their premium dog food. I hope it is as good as they say it is. I saw that the bags were 3 cups each at 39.99 a bag. I know it's unusual, but we have 5 dogs. We have a few acres so it isn't as bad as it sounds. I asked my wife how many cups of dog food does she feed the herd daily. She told me 14 cups. If we fed the Badlands as a topper as explained by the company,we would use 7 cups daily. That would be 2 1/3 bags daily. At $40.00 a bag that would be $93.00 daily or $2790.00 a month and $33,480.00 a year. Obviously I told the wife no. I love my animals and to be perfectly fair with the people at Badlands l know I could buy in quantity and probably bring the price down as low as 25 grand a year it's still out of range of my income level. Stlll I wish the company well and hope 1% of the people in America that can afford this that your dogs live very long and healthy lives.

I woule love to try this. My dogs are old and could really use it, but as many customers have voiced, the price is crazy. It is sad that I spent all the time watching the facebook ad and getting excited about it, only to find out its more expensive than what I spend on my kids' food. Poor dogs eat Purina and chicken beaks, I guess. Put a little ketchup on it and they don't even notice. It really does sound like a great product, though!

So far so good. I’ve been using the food as a topper for our labs Fromm harvestland food for about 2 weeks and there’s been no stomach upset. The dogs seems to love it. We also have been feeding the treats and the dogs are noticeably more excited for them. So much so that our counter surfer ate 1/2 a bag in one sitting and again, no stomach issues which is amazing!

I've been concerned about the real nutritional value of dry dog food for awhile but I wasn't sold on the commercial 'wet food' either. This seemed a great balance for my dogs - a GSP and a pointer mix. My pointer mix has had serious health issues, he contracted Aspergillosis, and with his regime of pills we've struggled to keep his evacuations solid - diarrhea is a side affect of the fungal medication. The Badlands Ranch food appears to be helping stabilize his evacuations and both dogs LOVE it! And I love that it's air dried rather than cooked at high temperatures.

Coco my Yorkie loves the food. She used to wait until evening to eat but now eats it immediately can't wait. But even though I follow the recommended guideline She has gained weight I don't know how to lower the amount without her being hungry

It makes me feel good to be able to feed my dog high quality food. He's such a finicky eater and he loves this stuff!

My very picky one year old chihuahua Winnie is liking her new food. She is very active for a little 5 lb doggy and keeps up with her house mates 2 frenchies who get it as a topper.

Our German Shepherd, Lucy, loves the taste and looks forward to eating when I top her regular food with Badlands Ranch food. I know this is some of the best food available and I enjoy feeding her as much as she enjoys eating it.
