BackersinfoReviews of backersinfo.org

This company is outstanding! They helped me get my Kickstarter campaign out to backers. They communicated with me at least twice a day. They are dependable and a joy to work with, and I will totally use their services again and probably again. I would suggest to try them out, and experience their first class service for yourself.

BackersInfo.org is a fantastic service for Kickstarter campaigns! The support I received was incredibly quick and helpful. They provided me with a well-crafted email template that they promptly sent out on my behalf. The results were impressive, bringing in new backers and giving my project the boost it needed. I'm grateful for their assistance and highly recommend BackersInfo.org to fellow Kickstarter creators. Great service!

Backers Info offered me a free taster of their marketing efforts for my indiegogo campaign. They managed to get 5 completed sales. So I am happy with their service and will use it again.

The team is great at what they do. We've used them multiple times for our campaigns and they have delivered every time.

They have good communication, and Follow up. They gather information and try to align your campaign with the best backer odds/interests, instead of just shooting in the dark. They show you sample emails to be approved before send off and do a good job with follow up and showing you what the conversion rates are (opened emails, links clicked etc). I think it's worth it if you are unsure where to start or want to let someone else handle marketing for you. It's helped me with my Cherry Blossom Axolotl Kickstarter.

That BackersInfo could not secure any backing for my websites had more to do with the websites than the efforts of Backersinfo. The best that can be said about a business is, when the effort does not succeed as expected, the business honors its written policy about refunds. To their credit, the folks at Backersinfo honored their commitment to me.

A very professional staff. I was regularly updated by email by one agent, who let me know constantly what has been done and what would be done. A very good service

We have been very happy with Backers Info service. Our relationship manager, Amy Crothers was very easy to work with. The entire team was impressive at managing my project and they were knowledgeable at every phase of the project. Their detailed, communicative, and transparent approach ensures a smooth collaboration. Especially Backers Info’s Plain text email campaign produced higher opens and clicks than other agencies I worked with. They’ve gone above and beyond my expectations.
