BackersinfoReviews of backersinfo.org

I’ve been very impressed with BackersInfo and the level of service they have provided for our Kickstarter campaign. Their communication has been excellent, they have provided detailed reports showing email opens and clicks, followed up with potential backers who showed interest, created promotional materials for our campaign, and continued looking for additional ways to help us. Charlene has been responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to supporting our campaign. Their effort and service have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend BackersInfo.

I have worked with these guys three times now, and they are very easy to work with. They include me in what they are doing, share their analytics, and bring results. This time, they helped support my Return to Roanoke Campaign. As of the last day of the campaign, we have 81 Backers, considerably more than I first expected. I am most grateful.

I’ve had a great experience working with Charlene and her team so far. Communication has been consistent, professional, and responsive throughout the process. They created a beautiful dedicated landing page for my Kickstarter campaign that was customized specifically for my product and included subscriber tracking and direct integration with my Kickstarter pre-launch page. What I’ve appreciated most is the level of support I’ve received throughout the process. They have answered my questions, kept me updated, and worked with me as I prepared for launch. I was also offered an upgraded service package with additional email campaign support, which I truly appreciate. My campaign is just getting ready to officially launch, so I’m looking forward to seeing the results of the promotional phase. Based on my experience with the setup and preparation process so far, I’m very pleased with the service and excited to continue working with the team.

Charlene has been very helpful and kept me updated regularly on the progress of the campaign that they ran multiple times.

A great service. Very talented individuals build an awesome templet to circulate across the country. The world actually. I’ve already received two pledges because of the campaign. If you want great content, with cost consciousness, these people are for you.

’ve had a positive experience working with BackersInfo so far. Like many creators, I was cautious going in, especially with so many marketing services making big promises. What I appreciated most about BackersInfo was their communication and professionalism. They’ve been responsive, easy to work with, and have followed through on everything they said they would do. Overall, my experience has been positive, and I’d recommend BackersInfo to creators looking for a team that is responsive, communicative, and committed to follow through.

Great team to work with! They have been very helpful throughout my crowdfunding campaign and always kept me updated. They answer questions quickly, explain everything clearly, and genuinely want to help you succeed. I'm happy with the support I've received and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help with a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign.

I have my first kickstarter project runnign and backerinfo helped with outreach and visibility on the project. They are very responsive and provided periodic updates on the progress, reports and relevant customer actions. Highly recommend.
