BackersInfo contacted me via Kickstarter promising that they would make a big difference on my crowdfunding campaign... I had no return on my 150$ invested and was not happy about their work, so I asked for a full refund and they did it. I would not recommend Backersinfo to boost your crowdfunding campaign because in my case it did not bring a single cent. But since they did refund me the money I invested, then I guess it was just a failure without much consequences.

Tried it, but did not bring expected results. They refunded me what I paid, I'm happy with that. It was worth a try.

I am very sorry that my experience with Bakersinfo went so badly, I subscribed their plan with much enthusiasm and trust when I was halfway to my funding goal. I wanted a boost from a professional, but it turned out to be a total disappointment if not even a scam. They actually sent me some graphics for approval but nothing one can't do alone with a free tool like Canva for example. Than, they posted it on Instagram on a profile with 300 followers (not sure what they expected from this) and on Twitter on some spamming account with no effect at all. There were other activities and issues from their side that won't make me purchase again. I opened a claim on PayPal and they refunded me, so at least my money did't go lost. I really can't say if they really try their best or not, if it was just bad luck or what, but in the end I think that their overall work was way below my expectations. I can't recommend their service, and I am very sorry that it went that way.

For the money I paid, they sent to a decent number of folks who I wouldn't regularly have access to. Acceptable click-through rate though no pledges that I could discern (although they did not promise that). Some better info up front about needing access to your Twitter account would be helpful (as well as noting you need Twitter for Business to enable them to access it as a shared admin).
