Little support given from Tim and his team
I paid for the basic package with Tims and his team. They managed to tweet 2 posts for me to help push my Crowdfunder Campaign. I did not see any follow up from those posts and no contact was made after these first two posts. Sad really as I was hoping for some help with getting the word out there for my campaign. Would not recommend. This review has been edited as I first gave 5 stars, this was because I was promised a premium package if I did this!

Our goal is to make our customers happier in whatever ways possible. I see our sales rep has promised to upgrade the package but unfortunately certain tasks were not carried out. I’ll check with my refunds team if it is possible to offer a full refund or 40% refund as mentioned on our website under Timeline and FAQ.
