They respond quickly, that means we don't need to waste time in communicating. Also, they work efficiently, just a few emails then confirmed the posts, email, photos so we can start the marketing in just a few hours.

I paid for the basic package with Tims and his team. They managed to tweet 2 posts for me to help push my Crowdfunder Campaign. I did not see any follow up from those posts and no contact was made after these first two posts. Sad really as I was hoping for some help with getting the word out there for my campaign. Would not recommend. This review has been edited as I first gave 5 stars, this was because I was promised a premium package if I did this!

Hello Emily, I’m Chris Roth from the Escalations Department. I’m so sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience with Backers Info and that was truly not our intention. We really appreciate your honest feedback and this really gives us an opportunity to improve our services little further. Just to clarify, please revert back to us if the below services were not carried out, Twitter Image - Custom Dimensions - Designed by our animations team - sent for approval - Approved Hashtags Marketing - There were a total of 15 hashtags used on tweets - all hashtags related to your project Twitter Marketing - Tweet published on your account - 10 Retweets with 17 likes - One of the influencers retweeted to 76K followers while a few retweeted to 4K followers and 3.5K followers respectively 2500 Crowdfunder Supporters - 500 samples sent - which was not approved by you as it was not from your target audience Super Backers - Revised and segmented from Vegan Category - Sent back for approval - You approved and appreciated our hard work too Instagram Pictures - Designed by our graphics team Instagram Marketing Initiated - Link shared with you too Quite honestly, we’ve carried out 4-5 tasks but mistakes happen and we're always here to fix it. Our goal is to make our customers happier in whatever ways possible. I see our sales rep has promised to upgrade the package but unfortunately certain tasks were not carried out. I’ll check with my refunds team if it is possible to offer a full refund or 40% refund as mentioned on our website under Timeline and FAQ. In case of any questions, please feel free to email me at [email protected] Thanks, Chris

Hi they worked with me on my Super Pop Snacks Kickstarter campaign. Tim was very reliable and communication was great. We did receive super backer pledges and hope to get fully funded with 6 days left!

Very good company, very easy to work with. They are helping me find backers for a series of books I am writing titled "God said Vengeance is Mine."

I started my project called "Natural and Artificial" on Indiegogo, when I chose Backersinfo from several other companies. I liked their informative website, detailed plans with great prices and the timeline, how they will manage the campaign. The communication with Tim is excellent and very fast. I am involved in every step. I recommend them for everyone. Thank you to the Backersinfo team!

When I put the campaign for a horror film called "The Pack" I got several offers when my project started. I carefully checked them all and chose Bakersinfo. It wasn't just "trust us" like so many of the others. They let me know what they were going to do, how they did it and kept me involved every step of the way. EXCELLENT! It was time for me to take a step up from all volunteer productions to truly professional work and I'm sure Backersinfo will make it happen. Bill Albert
