It’s been almost two weeks since I have put in my order with expedited shipping and I have yet to receive my order. Customer service can’t give me an answer and neither can the shipping company.

Hi Jordan, We would be happy to send you another Doppler. Unfortunately, we rely on the carriers to deliver your order and it sounds like they may have lost it. Please let our Customer Service team know if you would like us to send a replacement or issue a refund. We are sorry there is not more that we can do. With Care, Team Baby Doppler
