I placed my order in the morning, meeting the deadline for my order to be packaged that day. In addition, I paid the additional charge for 2-day shipping. Although the time cut off is outlined on their website, my order was not made a priority and sent out to be delivered that day. If I was made aware of this delay, I would've choose the regular free shipping option. Instead I wasted money that could've been used towards my baby

it’s more than i expected!!! The baby doopler really helps ease my mind on seeing if my baby okay at anytime. It melts my heart to hear my baby’s heart and the app makes it easy to record the heartbeat and keep for memories.

I bought this as a gift for my wife that is 20 weeks pregnant!!! What a great product!!! Works like a charm!!! The only thing bad I gotta say is that I paid the extra money for faster shipping and didn’t get it fast at all so my advice would be just do the standard for free and save your self the $5 and buy more lube with it!!!!

I ordered a babydoopler but i never was able to open it since the doctor didnt recommended for my wife and I need to return it. I have tried to reach you 100000 times but no answer by email, by phone! I really dont know how to contact you guys!!!! Thats a really bad customer service “/

Incredible customer service! The colour I originally selected was not available so a representative reached out by phone (how personal) to ask if I would like to wait or if I would like the colour they had on hand. When I didn’t receive my shipping confirmation right away I reached out to support and was provided my shipping details immediately and a shipping refund just for the inconvenience. My product also arrived within 4 days which is incredible especially so close to the holidays.

The shipping was very fast. The packaging was great and very protective. And finally the product itself it very easy to use and is a lot of fun. My gift to my parents this Christmas is to hear their grandchilds heartbeat. We are all very excited.
