Ordered , my colour was out of stock and customer service promptly Emailed me to let me know and offered another option . And because of the delay in shipping they refunded my shipping fee !

I was worried after a doctor's appointment because the baby's heart rate was a little high for 26 weeks. It was only slightly over the average range, so the doctor wasn't too concerned, but given that I've experienced loss, I get very nervous about everything. The doppler was at my door 24 hours after ordering.

Excellent service! I paid for fast shipping didn’t receive a shipping confirmation email. I reached out and spoke with Pricilla and she was great. She immediately emailed me the tracking information. The packaged was delayed due to Canada Post, but she refunded me shipping costs even though it was not their fault. Thank you and great service!

My experience with BabyDoppler was just a 10/10. Of course the product is just EVERYTHING. It is a serious must have during pregnancy. I even got my sister one, we are both pregnant now and the peace of mind hearing our lil ones is GOLD.
