The sizing guide is off completely. Had my measurements taken and the 2 dresses I received had 4 inches extra on each side. The trying to return them, i got no response for several days on a return email. Finally they sent me a return label and it was not accepted at the delivery location and is being returned to me according to usps. I do not know how I'm supposed to get my refund with all this trouble just trying to return items that didn't fit. I was planning on repurchase the items in the correct size but not after this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE CERTAIN YOU ARE KEEPING WHAT YOU ORDERED.

One thing that I would appreciate is if orders could be sent as requested. I ordered a red dress and received a green one.

I only received half my order and so far customer service has been less than helpful.

Need to return and can not get confirmation on how to proceed. Completed link and no response and its been a week.

Horrible return process!

Horrible quality. I did not receive my full order

I received everything I ordered in three separate packages in a fairly timely manner. Dresses are good quality, but one fits better than the other and I started the returns process, but despite doing this on their website and sending two emails to customer service, I’ve gotten no response. There is no number to call. The products are neat, but would not recommend based on costumer service.

Terrible customer service. I was ghosted for return request made well within the tight 2 week time frame. I wanted some accessories but absolutely refuse to order from a company with such poor customer service. I won't be back.
