Bought a wedding band to complement my first purchase (an engagement ring). Didn't like the first choice, and exchanging it for a different one was easy. B2C calls and/or follows up almost every step of the way. We love the rings! -S

First off, i was scared as heck to buy something like an engagement diamond off an online seller...however, after researching on the web and talking with the B2C reps who called to make sure i was comfortable i transferred money via wire transfer to get the additional discount (extra scary). Everything went smoothly and the diamond arrived within 2 days i am extremely happy with my purchase. Secondly, my father-in-law is a jeweler so i actually just purchased a loose stone instead of buying an engagement ring package (more memorable for the FIL to make the diamond ring). That being said, i of course enlisted his help in searching for diamonds including price matching. He works in a brick and mortar jewelery store and they quoted me prices for the same exact diamonds (by weight and the 4C's) at prices approximately 3-500 dollars more than B2C. Even he was surprised at the competitive prices and questioned the quality of the diamonds. Is it laser engraved? Is it really that color? That brightness? After receiving the diamond he went and verified everything himself and made a beautiful engagement ring for us. The diamond is spectacular and i try not to look at it a lot since it hurts my eyes. Extremely happy with the purchase 10/10 would buy from them again. Also B2C has a lifetime upgrade policy with the full purchase of your previous diamond credited towards your new diamond (not sure about this policy since i have not used it yet but i'm fairly sure it would be a great experience as well).

I bought a diamond and it was utterly flawless, a 20 year professional jeweler could not find the imperfections in the diamond, It was VVS1 K Color .93 carats Marquise Excellent Cut and Very Good Symmetry for $1700!!! Dealing with B2C Jewels was great. I had been looking for months for an engagement ring for my soon to be fiancee and stumbled on B2C from the pricescope website. With tons of research out of the way, B2C clearly had the best prices available, WELL below any local jeweler and still below most online retailers. The info they provided on each diamond made it very easy to pick the perfect diamond to my exact specifications. The only issue was you have to realize they dont necessarily have all these diamonds on hand, as many are sitting with private dealers. So, I did have to wait for confirmation that the diamond I selected was still available. The first one I selected turned out to already be in the middle of a sale to someone else, but the guys at B2C worked quickly to help me find another with the same specifications and the same price. Withing about a week of trying I was able to get the diamond I wanted and had it delivered the next day. The quality was AMAZING (highly recommend checking the numbers through the pricescope tool to get the calculated reflective properties given certain cut angles and sizes). The diamond was stunning and my fiancee LOVED it. With a little over 3/4ct she gets compliments all the time about how perfect her diamond is and how well the light reflects and sparkles.
