I have bought 3 rings in total and had them sent to Australia the first is a 1carat princess cut VVs2 on a 18k white gold band engagement ring. it is so beautiful my partner Lauren often receives compliments off strangers about it. and more recently our wedding bands. the 24hr chat on their website is an excellent feature for overseas buyers and I used it so many times i am pretty sure i am on first name basis with everybody that works there.

I found these guys searching online for well-priced stones, and they were the lowest I found. The stone was exactly what I thought it would be, and my fiancee loved it. They shipped it for free anywhere in the US; luckily I was going to visit a friend in Seattle anyway, so I picked it up there and brought it back to Canada. I don't really understand why they'd ship to Seattle (from NY) for free, and not a few KMs to Toronto, but it worked out. One thing I would change if I were them is the frequency/topic of emails. More than once, we would be watching Netflix and an email would pop up with subject "ABOUT YOUR ENGAGEMENT RING ..." or something and I'd scramble to close it before she saw. C'mon guys, yes it's my fault for having email open but at least have an option to have discreet subject lines in your correspondence. Otherwise, very happy.

If you're looking for a nice piece of jewelry - in my case it was an engagement ring - that is unique, very reasonably priced, and without the pressures of sitting in a showroom with a salesperson - B2C is THE place to go. I spent months waffling back and forth about purchasing an engagement ring on-line for all the reasons anyone would but after careful research it was clear that B2C was a trustworthy source and they confirmed and exceeded my expectations. I bought a gorgeous ring in an amazingly unique setting for easily 1/3 to 1/2 less than I would've paid at a local jewelers without any of the pressures of trying to be upsold.

This is the first time I had bought a diamond of high value, and doing it from the UK seemed daunting. But my experience with Samuel at B2C made the whole process smooth and straightforward. The diamond is absolutely stunning - I would recommend months or weeks of viewing and learning the ins and outs of grading for any first timers like me. I asked around the diamond centre in midtown Manhattan and the consensus was I had an excellent deal. Highly recommended!

B2C Jewels did a spectacular job. The customer service was extremely helpful and dilligent in getting back to me. I would highly reccomend this company to any of my friends who are looking to get engaged. I felt nervous going online for a ring. But after searching and reviewing the information, I decided to just go for it. I couldnt have made a better decision. :)
