I have been looking for the perfect stone for 11 months now. B2C Jewels has assisted me in looking at countless diamonds during this time. In fact, I started out determined to find the perfect cushion cut diamond, but almost a year later I have purchased a round brilliant. The stone was received quickly and we're so happy with it. I have to give particularly kind thanks to Rio, who has assisted me with unwavering patience, professionalism and attention to detail through the entire process. It seems that no matter what time of day or night I made an inquiry, it was answered within hours; if not right away. I paid via bank wire and this was especially nerve-racking, but I was given reassurance regularly every step of the way. The entire process has gone so smoothly that I would not hesitate to do it again.

I was very worried about buying a loose diamond online, however, after this experience I will only buy jewelry online from B2C. The jewelers at B2C looked at all the diamonds I was interested in and recommended the best one for me within my price range. They were flat out honest and told me if any of the diamonds weren't eye clean or had any other major issues. The diamond I finally received was an SI2 but it was absolutely beautiful and eye clean. I would recommend them to anyone!

B2C didn't have a lot of reviews but what I did see what positive and being able to use a credit card gave me the peace of mind should anything happen. Raymond was super helpful and friendly, following up with diamonds that were unfortunately out of stock/already purchased and suggesting similar alternatives. Even though I went back and forth many times as I refined my selection Raymond was ever patient. Made the final section. Product was available and immediately shipped out to me (air overnight). Box was totally discrete and well packaged, no one would have guessed what it was. Had the diamond inspected locally and my appraiser couldn't believe how beautiful it was along with the fantastic price. Top quality service, product is as described, fast & secure shipping. Massive SAVINGS and more selection with photos that I couldn't find anywhere else. I know where I'll be buying any future diamonds from again.
