Rio helped me by providing photos and information about the different diamonds I was interested in and even provided additional stones that he thought I would be interested in. The prices were one of the lowest around. The diamond was beautiful and more than I expected.

I put Samuel to the test with an order we needed quickly. All associates involved were gracious and helped with my anxiety. The product was stunning and communication great. I would highly recommend them. I bought a 2.7 Emerald cut diamond and it is absolutely beautiful! I feel I truly got the best value possible. I can not speak highly enough of b2c jewerly and specially the support i recieved from Wilson their agent handling my order. I had been checking out the best deals from englush companies and by chance found b2c on line i was worried about spending a large amount "to me" of money without seeing what i bought ortried on. I am a fussy customer and like the best quality and deal for my money as we all do, and when speaking to british companies they struggled with many of my questions and keen to get my money rather than the best deal for me. Wilson at b2c was so helpful patient and never pressured me ensuring i got the right item and at a very good price "even taking into consideration import tax". My now fiancee loves her rings and my daughter loves her neckless. I would like to thank all at b2c for their advice and guidance. Right up until delivery they ensured i was kept upto date by telephone calls and texts of the progress of delivery items. I spent a few thousand with b2c for my items and saved a few thousand by getting them from b2c, i am now looking at a further purchase for my partners fiftyth birthday in september and seen a pair of diamond earings reduced to 795 dollars 519 english pounds. I dont have a great deal of spare cash since lossing my job but happy with the deals and quality with b2c. When I found b2c I was very hesitant on ordering on line, as I am a bit old fashion and like doing buisness face to face.But after going on the b2c website I liked how easy it was to compare diamonds and the return policy made me feel comfortable. I was still a bit nervous and thats when I had a phone conversation with Samuel one of b2c customer service agents he was what made me feel 100 % comfortable as he was very helpful with every question I had and gave great advice!! As an educated consumer, I compare quality, prices and customer service. I contacted several jewelers in CA, IA (my state) and NYC, and B2C had it all. Samuel is a total asset to your company; product knowledge, experience, patience and above all, excellent customer service. The diamond is exactly what we were looking for. The ring setting, however, was not as thick/wide as what it appeared to look like online. When contacting Samuel to inform him he requested we return the full set back, without making us feel bad. And as soon as he has our $12M diamond removed from the setting, he promised to re-ship it back to us. Thank you, Samuel.

i found the site from a friend who purchase it before, as i'm living overseas the offered price was a good deal and i got good service from the sales team with some detailed information. it took quite some time to deliver since it is overseas, but the product arrived and my fiance love it.
