B2C JewelsReviews of b2cjewels.com

B2C Jewels is terrific! They got me the stone I wanted, made suggestions on what factors I should consider, and provided a very fair price! They were able to get the stone I wanted from across the world to the US, set it within a day, and have it delivered to me in the US Virgin Islands all on a very short time frame! They kept me updated throughout. I enthusiastically recommend them.

I had never purchased a diamond ring before let alone a $15K diamond ring on-line! I researched hundreds of diamonds on several sites before finding the perfect diamond at B2C Jewels. The second I clicked the final purchase button - I had a sinking feeling: "This is not going to end well" Five minutes later, much to my surprise, I get a call for Johnny from B2C jewels. He tells me that he recieved my order - that they were working at securing the selected diamond and that their Gemologist would be looking at it to make sure its a sound purchase. He assured me that he would follow-up with me through every step of the process - AND INDEED HE DID! I felt in complete confidence from the time of purchase to the day of delivery. The ring I received exceeded every expectation - from packaging to documentation and obviously the exquisite beauty of the diamond engagement ring itself. When you spend any considerable amount of money - doing so with someone you trust always makes the experience that much more pleasant and worry free - Johnny & the team at B2C Jewels were able to inspire total confidence in less than 5 minutes and then delivered on their promise of delivering top quality with top customer service. Thank you Johnny - Thank you B2C Jewels!

Even though I had to cancel my order due to a family emergency I was absolutely beyond pleased with the service I received from every associate at B2C Jewels. I appreciated that they contacted me to let me know the diamond I had selected was not eye clean, sent me other options in my price range and quickly started working on the new order. I also enjoyed the email updates about my order. It can be scary to order online with such an expensive and important purchase but B2C made me very comfortable. I never saw the ring but know it would have been beautiful. Thank you for your service and I look forward to working together in the future!

Hello Sales Team I just wanted everyone to know that my wife and I are very happy with our ring and it compares favorably to a 1 carat ring at Tiffanies. I know it isn't fare to compare a 4 thousand dollar diamond to a 17 thousand dollar diamond but without a loop you would be hard pressed to see the difference. We will be ordering more jewelry from your store and highly recommend your company to out friends. Thanks again for your service and fare pricing. Aloha Brian G

I had a great experience ordering from B2C. Samuel was especially helpful and responsive to all emails and answered my questions in a timely manner! Would recommend!

I was very satisfied with my experience with B2C Jewels. The website is easy to navigate and I was able to build the perfect ring for my girlfriend with no problems. Ordering was simple and I took advantage of the wire-transfer discount. The wire-transfer instructions came via email and were simple to follow. I called customer service with a few questions about the ring that I had ordered and the associate was friendly and helpful. The diamond engagement ring that I received was exactly what I had ordered. Shipping is free and fast. I highly recommend B2C Jewels.

The staff have been great!! I went and returned my first order and they were very flexible when they accommodated my return. After returning my 1st order, I searched a lot together with Rio, who helped throughout the whole purchase from start to finish, because we were looking for emerald cut matching diamonds, and they were really hard to match. Each time, Rio was making sure and checking with a specialist before he sent me the options available through email with all the details and made the purchase very fast and pleasant. If I were to match myself, I definitely would have completely picked non-matching ones. I would suggest contacting and working with someone if you're trying to get something very specific b/c they will tell a lot more than what you see on the internet. I am coming back for more, including my family purchases. Thank you so much to B2C Jewels staff, you guys are doing such a great job. Please keep up the good work!!!

This is the second times that I order the loose diamond from internet. I had an excellent experience from Raymond (B2CJewels) from advice on chooseing a loose diamond until ship the loose diamond to Thailand and I love this loose diamond. In the future, I will definitely purchase the loose diamond from B2CJewel.
