The title of this review is the basic summary of our experience with B2C. This was my first time dealing with B2C and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who’s looking for the engagement ring for their special person. I did countless months of research on the perfect ring (viewing ASET images, checking the HCA score, etc.). In the end, she said YES and I have been getting non-stop praises on the ring. Everything about the ring was perfect. But enough about the ring. Let’s get down to the very individuals who made this possible for customers like myself. Steve, Michael, Johnny, Rio, Wilson, and the entire team at B2C were key in this process. They attended to every question and request I had regarding the ring before and after my purchase. From their communication skills to their professionalism in handling my unique requests, they carried out their task flawlessly. I had a unique case which resulted in the resizing of the original ring. They assisted me through the entire process and everything was…perfect. What I loved the most besides their quick responses, was their ability to stay unified at all times. Although a different person responded to my question/request, the individual would know exactly where the last person left off. Never did I have to re-explain my situation or give them a background. The customer service process at B2C is phenomenal. Many companies who try and replicate this process fall short but B2C has made it possible for customers to experience this seamless process. I’m not entirely sure what they do (e.g., provide a summary at the end of the ticket, re-read the entire conversation and notes from the previous agent, etc.) but I know customers like myself have fully appreciated this experience. Again, Steve, Michael, Johnny, Rio, Wilson, Samuel, and the entire team at B2C made this possible. I apologize in advance if I left a name out but these are the very people who represent the company. Without these hardworking, professional individuals, my experience would not have been this seamless and convenient. If you took the time to read this review, don’t hesitate any longer. The diamond search is very difficult (trust me I know), however, if B2C has it and it passes your expectations (5 Cs, HCA score, etc.), make your purchase with B2C.

I searched for almost 3 months for the perfect diamond. I went to almost every company on the internet that had loose diamonds. I was dismayed by how many companies were overpriced or, selling inferior diamonds. B2CJewels was outstanding. They had an exceptional staff and an enormous selection of diamonds. Their diamond matrix allows you to very rapidly select diamonds that meet your criteria and their crew (Michael, Samuel, and Steve) are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. All of my diamond purchases will be with B2C in the future.

I obviously had my reservations about buying diamonds online but I did my homework. I watched video testimonials and read reviews and spent time checking credentials on their vast solitairey diamonds. Then when I made my decision "Johnny" helped me the rest of the way with a good attitude and good communication. I was pleased with the whole process and will go to B2C for all my future jewery needs. Thanks again Johnny and B2C!

My ring is wonderful. I adore it as does my boyfriend who paid for it! I took it to the most highly recommended independent appraiser in Miami for a quick look and she said if she were to appraise the ring she would price the diamond at another $2500 more than we paid for it, she also said that the side stones in her opinion were between si2 and vs2, we paid for si2's and she also stated that she would put the colour of the side stones at more of an H than the I color that we paid for. So at just a quick check I was very happy with the result. Everyone at B2C were amazing from start to finish. They couldn't have been more accommodating to my (slightly demanding) needs. I really do appreciate them going above and beyond to cater to my requests for diamond choice, ideal scope images or size changes as well as the tight deadline I put them under. Johnny and the others coordinated it all effortlessly and put me at ease and I am very thankful. I highly recommend B2C jewels.

I learned about B2C Jewels on line. I assume most people are skeptical about making such large and valuable purchases over the internet, especially jewels that you can't see and hold in your hands. Rest assure that your in great hands with B2C Jewels! I worked with Johnny. He was great. He made me feel very comfortable. He answered every question, responded to every email and every concern that I had the same day! Extremely polite and very professional! The overnight delivery was spot on. I just happened to be off work that day because a signature is required for delivery, for obvious reasons. I opened up the box, then the box inside the box, then the bubble wrapped bag inside that box, then the box that the ring was in, so it was very well packaged. I popped open the lid and it was literally and explosion of sparkle and twinkle. That diamond just glistened like it was the star of the show! I know the love of my life will just fall over when she gets this fabulous ring. NO DOUBT ABOUT IT! The certificate accompanied the ring as promised and I inspected it with my jewelers loop and it was really amazing. I purchased a G color, VS1 clarity, very good cut and polish, princess cut, 1.02 carat in a cathedral setting. With the bigger main stone I wanted it to sit above the channel set stones on the band. All sides of the stone as well as the bottom are exposed. It looks great! The web site really helps as well. I think it is a lot better than others because its easily maneuvered through and you can create your own special ring. That's what I did. I selected a main stone and picked out a setting and a band. When I was looking at the department store rings I noticed that their pre-set rings weren't as nice a quality as B2C's pre-set rings. So if you go that way your going to receive a better quality ring through B2C Jewels. I've already purchased our wedding bands with B2C Jewels as well. A little presumptuous? Maybe, but I'm sure she'll say yes! Once again Johnny is my guy and ALL my jewelry purchases will be through him at B2C Jewels because I know I can't go wrong with them! I completed a purchase of a loose stone and engagement ring through B2C Jewels. Although buying diamonds online sight unseen can seem to be a daunting task, the customer support via chat was invaluable. I was able to develop trust with Samuel and gain all the information and images I needed to make an informed decision. Samuel (and Johnny, Simon and Rio) were all able to answer my questions, give suggestions while understanding my desires so that I was not pressured one way or the other or up-sold into higher sales. I was able to chat and call at all hours of the day and throughout the ordering process to gain information and check the status of my order. Mostly, to calm my nervous.
