B2C JewelsReviews of b2cjewels.com

I decided to order from B2C Jewels after some extensive research into trustworthy Businesses to buy diamonds from. I didn't want to get gilted or scammed as I have only just started to purchase diamonds on my customers behalf about 1 year ago. Happy to say, I made the right choice. My agent Wayne was very helpful and consistently re assuring. Thank You Wayne!

After accepting my fiances proposal I quickly noticed the size was off, but it was a GORGEOUS ring! So I looked at their re-sizing policy and was a bit worried that it would cost me quite a bit of stress and money to accomplish this. I followed the instructions and quickly received an e-mail back with additional easy instructions for returning the ring to be re-sized. It took almost 2 weeks to resize it, but Samuel was so polite and was never bothered when I asked for updates. He was quick to respond every time and you could really tell he valued us as customers AND people. I just got the ring back today and have already received tons of compliments! I even had one guy ask where my fiance got the ring he loved it so much! And I of course recommended him to B2C Jewels!

I recently bought a diamond, halo ring from B2C and worked closely with Simon and Samuel. They were courteous and provided excellent advise regarding the diamonds I was interested in. I was very particular and they went beyond great customer service to meet all of my expectations. I also compared to BN and JA but found B2C to have the best diamonds and settings for the best prices.

The customer service experience was beyond expectation. I had originally given a post box where the diamond could not be delivered. Samuel told me about this and helped me find a better location. He also gave me prompt updates and followed up to ensure that I receive the diamond without any problems. Excellent customer service and value.

From price to communication the whole experience was 100% excellent and I just like to say a big thank you to Johnny and Simon they made the whole buying experience easy due to their sales expertise, but more importantly there knowledge of diamonds. I bought eight diamonds in total which consisted of a matching pair of Radiant stones they especially found for me and I am very, very pleased will definitely buy from BC2 Jewels again. thank you Johnny and Simon.

Johnny went above and beyond to help with my diamond purchase. I was having difficulty locating a great diamond and had chosen several that Johnny was able to clearly communicate why they might not be the perfect fit. I wanted to make the purchase for mother's day and with just days away I was worried it would not happen. Johnny was able to locate me two diamonds that could be shipped fast enough, both of which were great choices. I chose one and Johnny not only made sure I got it the next day, he was able to handle a change of address minutes before the shipping service picked up the package. The diamond I received was fantastic! Thank you Johnny!

Great communication and great customer service, cannot give higher praise to Johnny who has helped and kept me informed throughout the whole process, made recommendations and pointed me in the right direction. Really amazed with the final product and I am sure my girlfriend will be also, it is stunning. Will recommend to everyone I know and be pointing them in the direction of Johnny! Thanks Kris

I was very nervous and skeptical about buying a diamond online....it is such a huge expensive purchase and I didn't want to get scammed. Well, let me tell you-- I am a REAL customer who purchased a REAL (and stunning) Diamond from B2C and I'm soooo extremely satisfied with my purchase. The bank transfer went through and no strings attached, excellent customer service responses and I used the LIVE Chat feature a lot too, I REALLY liked this feature! Wilson and Samuel (and everybody) were fantastic. B2C is who I'll come back to to purchase the actual wedding band for my fiance' --- please know you are in great hands with this company. I too was a bit nervous; but I assure you I don't regret anything. Heather loves her Pear shaped diamond engagement ring! It's a 'D' Internally Flawless diamond that is spectacular!!! It flashes and sparkles like crazy...and the Color is awesome! It even sparkles in a dim lit area! It's stunning!
