I recently purchased a diamond ring from b2c jewels and I absolutely love my ring!!! Samuel and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable. The stone I had first picked out wasn't the best quality, he contacted me right away and gave me recommendations for better stones. I appreciate that they didn't sell just "anything" to me. They made sure I was getting my monies worth. Five stars for quick communication as well. They respond right away via email or telephone. Such a pleasant buying experience. let me start of by saying i am a nervous bride ! Picking out my engagement ring was a long process because we are by no means rich but wanted to get the best product for our money ! We found B2C via a comment on a wedding blog and afger searching through all of the great prospects we designed the perfect ring ! I couldnt be happier with how it turned out ! Customer service: Amazing customer service. All emails answered very promptly. I was helped by several people but I would like to specifically bring up one guy Michael who really helped me through the whole process. Very patient fellow. Diamond : The diamond came as described. Was worried at first they would give me different diamond so I received the diamond I had it appraised. All was good. Ha-ha Return policy : the ring was too big so I contacted B2C and since it had been less then 30 days they told me they could help me re-size it for free.

I purchased a 1.60 IF G round brilliant from B2CJewels back in 2013. When it came time for another diamond, I knew I wanted to work with B2CJewels again, but they didn't have the diamond that I wanted in stock. The diamond was listed on another site. Samuel came to the rescue and was able to retrieve that diamond for me and matched the price! The experience was wonderful and transparent now as it was in 2013. I wire the money which would have been a nerve wrecking experience had I gone to a shady company, but I felt completely safe in this transaction with B2CJewels. The company shipped the diamond securely with overnight shipping within a couple days of receiving my payment. Once I got the diamond, I had it inspected and everything was as stated on the GIA report that accompanied the stone. When it comes time yet again for another diamond, I know that I'll be back to work with Samuel and B2CJewels again!

I must say. I was nervous about buying online. It's incredibly overwhelming, there is more diamonds than one can handle, and there is always the fear of a diamond arriving and disappointing you. With B2C I did not have any of these issues, except for the high number of diamonds, but that is not a bad thing! Samuel was incredibly patient, responded quickly, and remained incredibly polite through the hundreds of emails I sent! Their gemologist wastes no time answering any question you may have about a diamond in stock. Sometimes I was even told to not even consider some diamonds due to their quality! They in no way tried to sell me the most expensive diamond I was looking for, they simply wanted to make me a happy customer and get the right diamond under my budget and they certainly did! The diamond I received is absolutely gorgeous, I cannot wait to give it to my girlfriend, it is just stunning. I would certainly recommend B2C to anyone who is considering. They were one thousand times more helpful than their competitors online and provided much more information on their diamonds in comparison to their competitors. Thank you so much B2C!
