I ordered the 'Tapered Prong Set Round Diamond Band in Platinum (1/3 cttw.)' for my wife as a wedding ring. After a considerable amount of online searching, B2Cjewels had the best price for the style of ring that we were looking for. The order was handled by Samuel. The service was professional with prompt replies to all emails and queries. The ring arrived one day later then originally scheduled. My wife and I both are very happy with the ring. It looks beautiful and she has received many compliments on it.

I was skeptical about ordering an engagement diamond from an online source (obviously because it's such an expensive purchase and an important one!), but the people at b2c jewels were always there to answer any questions and assure me that my order was being processed. Johnny was my main contact but I also dealt with others in the company. Honestly, very easy to navigate and once I found the right diamond, ring setting, etc. I had the ring within a week and a half. She said yes and she loves it so that's all that matters to me!

Excellent experience/customer service and an amazing diamond. Worked with Samuel for several month before choosing a diamond. I was very nervous and apprehensive about buying a diamond online, but the whole B2C team was very helpful through out the whole process. Samuel provided me a lot of advice on diamonds and helped me in the decision process. He answered all my questions very patiently and was reassuring throughout the whole process.
