Outstanding customer service experience! Rio helped me pick out an amazing diamond (I also worked with Rio's team in his absence. They too were great). B2C Jewels has great quality, amazing prices, and awesome customer service that really sets them apart. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Ask for Johnny, he is Awesome!!! I gave B2C the wrong ring size for the ring and instead of Johnny making me feel bad about it or giving me a bad attitude, because it was my error, he helped me correct it with a reassuring tone that everything will be ok.
