B2C JewelsReviews of b2cjewels.com

I worked primarily with Samuel, Simon and Melwin, all of whom provided fantastic service! They took the time to personally work with us to make sure we received the best ring our money could buy. And the ring.... just beautiful! Absolute recommend B2C to anyone in the market!

The earrings are nice, diamonds well cut and sparkly. I noted the professional follow-up by Samuel. It was polite, helpful and unobtrusive. This is my second purchase with B2C and I will certainly consider them again for future jewelry purchases.

Samuel provided great service through the engagment and wedding band purchasing process. I couldn't be happier with the jewelery I recieved. Many thanks.

My soon to be husband bought my engagement ring from B2C. I decided I wanted to purchase the matching wedding band from B2C as well. Samuel helped me find the ring I needed. When the band came in, I loved it so much I got another one for the other side of my ring! The quality is top notch and the customer service is one of a kind!

After searching several online, chain, and local jewelars, for me B2C offered the best value. My first order for the engagement diamond was deterred after B2C inspected it and determined it wasn't up to their standards for brilliance, removed it from their site and offered several similar alternatives. I made my choice and shipping was quick, the diamond and the ring are beautiful. The only critiques I can offer is that the ring box was underwhelming, and the website lacks the amount of photographic analysis of diamonds available on pricier sites. However, I wouldn't sacrifice more competitive pricing for those "features." Customer service was helpful and communicative throughout the buying process. The documentaton on the diamond grading was also provided. Buying from B2C surpassed expectations for everything I needed. Pros: price, support, selection, quality, delivery. Room for improvement: ring box, online diamond photos/analysis.

This is our second order with Samuel and all went fine and our ring was just as we wanted. Thanks

I worked with Simon at the B2C Jewels website and by long distance phone. My experience with Simon was by far the best internet ordering process I have ever had. Simon had the answers to all my questions and was very understanding as to what I was looking for and what I expected. I can not put into words how happy I am. When I buy another diamond I will call B2C Jewels and ask for Simon. I will also refer friends to this company and have them request Simon's assistance. Bob in Michigan

I bought a 2 carat diamond engagement ring from b2cjewels. the service was excellent, the price was much better than anything else i could find, it was shipped to my door in just a couple days, and the service and help was excellent, especially Johnny. And most importantly she loves the ring.
