I was initially unsure about purchasing a engagement ring over the internet...but then I found B2C Jewels. How lucky for me! From my initial late night contact with Josh (I can't sing his praises enough!) over the instant messenger feature on their website, to the many emails and phone calls afterward, I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. At B2C Jewels, it is apparent they are focused on making sure their customers are happy, feel comfortable and also appreciated. From their "free ring trial service" (which I took advantage of twice) to their easy return policy (which I also used when I had a last minute change of heart and switched settings) they made being a virtual shopper easy, which is something I desperately needed in order to feel comfortable spending $9,000 on something, sight unseen. In addition to their stellar customer service, they also have really competitive pricing. So, if you're on the fence about shopping for diamonds or engagements rings online, know you are in good hands with B2C Jewels. They found a customer for life in me!

My original experience w/ B2C 5 years ago went great where I purchased a loose diamond and had them set it as well. Their upgrade policy was a huge factor in my decision making and now, 5 years later, I can honestly say that the experience went perfectly. I emailed B2C regarding a few different loose diamonds and Ronald replied quickly, reaching out to his gemologists to provide me information on each stock # I listed. He provided clear explanations, timelines and instructions ex. how to ship the original diamond, how the credit would be applied, wire discount, when to expect it to ship back, etc. My wife and I are extremely happy with how the upgrade turned out. I've already started making plans for the next upgrade and highly recommend working w/ Ronald and the B2C team!

I will forever be a repeat customer to B2C Jewels. The diamond and ring I ordered exceeded any expectations I had and best of all my girlfriend, now fiance, loved her ring. Unfortunately, I ordered a half size larger and had to return it. No worries because B2C Jewels' customer service was on top of the return and the upgrade I requested on the new ring. Thank you Ronald for always following up with every step in the return and modifications and making my experience throughout this engagement ring purchase as stress free as possible.
