I had spent a lot of time researching and looking for the best diamond possible for the amount I was looking to spend. Johnny from customer service was great. I ordered the ring and asked them I need it before the end of the month meaning in less than two weeks. They guaranteed me the ring will come and I was surprised to see it home earlier than that (I asked twice to promiss me that I’ll have the ring so I imagine they did the best they could and more). The ring looks great, I did some research before and the diamond found here was the better deal. I just proposed to my fiancee and she was very happy with it. Because I wanted to be a full surprise I tried to do my best and guessed the size so I went with 7.5 for the size. Found out she feels better with a 7 but that is not a problem according to Johnny who promissed me he will help me for free to have it resized (they’ll send me prepaid shipping label so I don't have the cost to bare).
