Our home was burglarized and my wife's engagement ring and wedding band were stolen. I did not know where to go to try and purchase a replacement. I needed to find a place that provided good service, a great selection and a tremendous value as I had paid 6,900 for the prior one 18 years ago and wanted to find one as good or better and only had 4,000 to spend. Through much study and luck I found B2C and was able to get great tremendous service through one of their agents (RIo) and a super selection that allowed me to get one just like the previous one and even a better quality diamond than the first one!!! My fiance worked with a representative Samuel via chat to put together my engagement ring. My fiance had several diamond options that he was considering, but wanted to know for sure that they would look good in person. Samuel was able to discuss our potential options with the gemologist and tell us which ones were "eye clean" (meaning that their inclusions could not be seen by the naked eye). Samuel was very thorough in ensuring that we would be happy with our stone and gave my fiance all the information he could need to make a great selection. I have had this beautiful ring on for almost a year now, and I still can't stop staring at it. We were able to purchase an I1 clarity, GIA certified stone, save ourselves hundreds of dollars and get a bigger stone than we might have otherwise. All of this was possible with the reassurance from Samuel that the stone's inclusions were not visible without a microscope. I can say from seeing my ring in person that the diamond looks amazing. I couldn't be happier with the quality this company gave us at a phenomenal price!
