Aden helped me with my purchase, which was quick and easy! I'm very satisfied with how I was treated start to finish.

My experience with this company was indeed great! I worked with Sam and several of his colleagues. When I had a question (and I had many!), I received a response the same day or the very next business day. I received my ring exactly when promised, but due to my own mistake, it needed to be re-sized. There was no charge for re-sizing! I was provided detailed instructions and shipping labels, so returning the ring was easy. When it came back, a day earlier than I expected, it fit perfectly. It is gorgeous! I highly recommend this company, and have never dealt with staff anywhere else who were as patient, thorough, and helpful as Sam and his associates. And their prices were better than anywhere else I looked!

I bought a beautiful pendant for my sister's birthday in two months. Well, I like it. It looks good.

Aden and his colleagues have been really helpful. Thank you all!

Aden walked me through my purchase over the phone, and I received exactly what I was looking for and what was advertised online. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Service was excellent from Sam and the quality is exceptional!!
