I'm a first time buyer (26 yrs old) with no clue about diamonds or jewelry in general. Fortunately, I'm very good at doing research. After countless hours of online research, getting to know more about diamonds (cuts, clarity, color etc.) walking in and out of jewelry stores I came to realize my best bet would be online retailer. Most brick and mortar jewelry stores will try to sell you a diamond at a price more than its worth. Probably to offset store location costs and reel in some profit. Also, every store had a limited selection and would either try to sell you a "bigger, better" diamond or "smaller but beautiful" diamond. I walked into these stores to do research and get an idea of what they looked like. THAT'S IT. After comparing their diamonds to online retailers there was a major price difference. That's when I used B2C jewels and felt I was getting a fair price for a diamond. They have a long list of diamond selections and I was able to view a picture of the diamond. I was hesitant to pull the trigger since I'd prefer to view the diamond in person but I'm glad I did. Simon was amazing in answering all my questions, and very patient. He walked through the transaction process with me, and even with technical issues. I'm happy I didn't have to deal with a pushy salesmen and was able to make a purchase with a clear happy conscious. Also, the company is very responsive to emails. I wish more people knew about this route and got their money's worth. Overall, the ring was beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. This company was very easy to purchase a diamond from. Shane was my person of contact and he was on top of everything. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He made it so easy for me to purchase a loose diamond. I would buy from them a million times over. The problem is that I cannot afford it.

I began my engagement ring search in physical store locations, but quickly found that the prices were better online at places like Brian Gavin, James Allen, and Blue Nile. Of all the online retailers, B2C Jewels consistently beat the prices of the others. I looked, on sites like this one, for reviews and found most of them good. I decided to proceed with caution, but to give them a chance. After many online chats with Nick, I found the right diamond. With the 30 day no-questions-asked return policy, I ordered it. Nick was kind enough to send me the loose diamond for me to take a look at (as well as a gemologist) to make sure it checked out. It came with the GIA report and checked out as exactly what it claimed to be. I then sent the diamond back to be set in a ring I found on their website. My girlfriend couldn't have been happier. She and I are extremely happy with the diamond. Nick made a stressful once-in-a-lifetime purchase as easy as possible. I would/will definitely use B2C Jewels again.
