B2C JewelsReviews of b2cjewels.com

I recommend using B2C Jewels if you are looking for a diamond. The customer service was great, Shane was very helpful and polite. I did not know if I wanted to purchase from an online company, but I did a lot of research to check the validity of the company. There are some good sources if you just take the time to look around. The company is in good standing with the BBB and there were enough reviews and videos to convince me that B2C is a legitimate company. I had no issues once the order process started and it was a fast turn around time. They called to let me know that it would be shipped over night and it arrived the next afternoon which I live in Texas and it came from New York so I was happy. I was impressed with the diamond ring once I got it in, the quality is great and the box it came in was a nice touch as well. Thanks again to Shane and B2C Jewels.

I was hesitant on ordering something so expensive online. Nick at B2C Jewels made me feel more confident as I had to call a few times with questions and he answered every one of them. I ordered a VS1 1.41 carat diamond and it suits my ring gorgeously! I would definitely order from B2C again before buying from a jeweler. Thank you again for helping make my ring a one of a kind!!

B2C Jewels - highly recommend exceptional customer service Order date 12/5/16. Rio is the absolute best CS employee I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. seamless transaction made me feel very comfortable buying my engagement ring from them. I had the diamond appraised and all is kosher. A+.

The whole experience was great, better than expected.

I purchased a 1 carat platinum diamond ring from B2C jewels online. I was a little dubious about purchasing such a ring online without actually seeing first, however the customer service and assistance I received from Johnny was first class. The communication via email and live chat was second to none and allayed all my initial worries about such a purchase online. I selected a few diamonds which I liked and Johnny requested gemmology reports to ensure the brilliance of each diamond and are eye clean, I actually did this for 6 stones without a problem. Using these gemmology reports Johnny recommended the perfect diamond with the best fire and brilliance and this was not the most expensive diamond! The stone, setting and platinum ring are amazing and exceeded my expectations! I would definitely recommend using B2C jewels to anybody, as I have already recommended to several friends.

This was my 1st time buying diamonds online. Excellent chat and phone support. Great documentation of diamond quality. Overnight UPS delivery was delayed. I was not going to be home on revised delivery date. I called customer service and within 1 hour they called me back and arranged to have my shipment delivered on time. Will buy again.

Choosing an excellent cut, D color, flawless clarity diamond for wife as a Christmas gift token. Anthony helped out in detailed situations pushed the delivery before the Christmas. Thank you Anthony.

I had an engagement ring that needed to be finished and in my hands before leaving for vacation with my girlfriend. Simon at B2C jewels did a fantastic job in getting the ring ready for me in time. The ring looked beautiful on receipt and of course my girlfriend loved it and accepted my proposal.
