I looked around a lot of places online for an engagement ring for my fiancee. I was on a budget and wanted to get as much bang for my buck as possible, and settled on B2C Jewels. Their gems are GIA certified, their craftsmanship was good, and it was much cheaper than what I would have paid at Blue Nile or James Allen. They got me the ring within the narrow time constraints I gave them, and I got to propose at the event I had planned on. If I am shopping for diamond jewelry again (which I probably wont be for some time) I would definitely go through them.

the purchasing experience was great despite only of 2 disadvantages 1-i was told that all items I purchased was laser inscriped but only 2 of the was. 2-2 of my first choice items was switched but another 2 of my 2ed buying choice item although I was confimed.

Vendor provided prompt delivery and was easy to work with for returns. Most of the stones I was looking at were not in their actual inventory so the wait time was extended for them to receive the stone in. Went through a few stones to find the right one and learned a lot about diamonds in the process. B2C has great pricing but be prepared to know your diamonds before you buy here. Know how to read your ASET and Ideal-Scope images and go on pricescope to calculate some HCA figures before having the stone shipped to you as I had sent back the first stone I received since even though they assured me it was a great looking stone, I was able to detect a lot of light leakage. The first return is on them but any subsequent returns you will have to pay for yourself. If you know your diamonds, this is a great site to get some very competitive pricing. I worked with Samuel through the process and received timely responses from him or someone on his staff.

Due to the timing of making my order over the Memorial day weekend, my gift for my wife's birthday would not be in time. I contacted B2C to see if anything could be done. Samuel called me and we worked out plan together. Samuel wrote a letter to my wife and explained what had occurred and how he was making it right. Thanks Samuel for going the extra mile. We have made several purchases from b2c and have been happy with every purchase. The quality of the work is very strong and they put a lot of pride in every piece. There customer service is very approachable and honest. I recently ordered a ring and do to there expert quality control my ring was delayed for a few days but Samuel and the rest of the team delivered a beautiful ring. I would recommend b2jewels and I did have one of their pieces a 4k ring appraised and the jeweler who has been business for over 10 years was rather impressed and verified it authenticity. I had changed my mind on the first diamond that was sent. I decided to upgrade to something bigger and was assured that the diamond was eye clean. It was not. They made me pay for the return shipping because they only allow one return (even though it was their fault). However, Rio managed to turn it around and send me one that was eye clean and beautiful. He had great follow-up and seemed like he generally cared. I'd go back but only go through Rio.
