I am very happy with my purchase of an Infinity Knot Platinum Engagement ring with a heart-shaped diamond. Johnny at B2C Jewels was very helpful from the very beginning. Patricia helped me to place the order and Harry helped me with follow-up questions. All of my inquiries were answered very quickly. Customer service was fantastic. The ring was delivered ahead of schedule and I am happy to say it looks beautiful. My girlfriend will be very happy. Thank you, Jim

At first I was skeptical purchasing from an online retailer, however after checking reviews online, I pulled the trigger on my purchase. Product arrived after 2 weeks, I was happy with the service and prompt responses from Shane and his team. For buyers outside of US, please be aware of additional costs such as duties/customs, FX conversion fees, and additional shipping charges.

My experience with B2C Jewels was wonderful. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The quality of the merchandise is top notch. I made sure and had both my rings tested after I received them. B2C Jewels is legit. They take great care in wrapping and shipping and the turn around between your ordering and receiving is very quick. Thank you so much to Alex, Simon Anthony, Jennifer, Melwin, Tina, Rio & Pascal who all had a part in my wonderful experience. They gave concierge level service and I am VERY happy with my gorgeous rings!

I had a great experience purchasing my ring through B2C. Anita was my jewelry sales advisor and she went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I am happy with the final product.
