It was a wonderful experience working with Pascal from B2C jewels, I loved the ring purchased and they were professional enough to provide product updates at regular intervals of time.

Rio Provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. Even called personally to be sure I was happy with the Process. My FIANCÉ absolutely LOVED THE DIAMOND ring!

I researched meticulously prior to choose B2C Jewels. The other reviews were correct. Excellent pricing and Anita (contact person) was very attentive and helpful. Had to send my ring back two times for exchange and resizing, no problem at all. FEDEX overnight both times. One minor thing I wasn't too fond of is that she would end every conversation with "this is Anita from B2C Jewels, we appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future". Sometimes we spoke on the phone for 2-3 times within 15mins span and she never failed with her closing phrase lol. But like I said minor thing. What's important is my fiance love her ring very much! At first, I was scared to purchase a diamond on the internet. However, after talking to Rio and doing my own research, I made the purchase. Rio was helpful and honest through out the process. My only recommendation for Rio is try not to do the typically sell pitch. The diamond will sell itself if the person knows what they want. Overall, the service was great
