I purchased a 1.8 carats round excellent cut diamond ring last month and the experience has been awesome since the beginning: I was a little nervous, to say the least, to receive what I ordered even with a GIA certificate! ( what if they send you a stone other than the one that’s on the certificate???)... but after an appraisal done at my jeweler of fifteen years, I was so proud to have made such a great purchase!: everything matched! At the end of the day I paid close to $11,000 for a ring appraised at $28,500!! The ring is stunning! I get lots of compliments! It is not too big and can wear it everyday: just 😍 Thank you Shane for a super great work done! I looked at the diamonds on line. I selected a couple and asked for pictures. Shane sent me pictures and videos. I picked one in particular and paid for it by credit card.(because I was nervous about buying a diamond over the phone/internet) . It arrived and looked actually better than the picture. The pictures had been blown up in order for me to see imperfections that I could not see with the naked eye. Believe me when I say that I received great service and a product that exceeded expectations. I know that other businesses “may”do a good job, but I know these people do. I’m not sure how many more diamonds I’ll be buying, but if I do, these are my guys.
