I searched for 6 months for the perfect Diamond for my wife's 25th anniversary ring. B2C had the perfect 2.5 Carat asscher cut D color that will go in her ring. She was able to use a local jeweler and design her own ring. The local jeweler was blown away by the price we got on the diamond to the point he called his suppliers and asked them how can his customer get pricing better then him. He has since changed to using B2C to look up pricing. Vivian helped with my purchase. He did call and ask that i mentioned him in the review. The only downside was that my credit card used to purchase the diamond got hit with fraud. Not saying they are to blame but fishy considering I have only purchased from B2C with this card. Thankfully my bank caught it and canceled the purchases immediately and replaced the card.

However, I feel extremely satisfied with the final product and in general the experience was very satisfactory. Nick did a great job providing me with knowledgeable guide when choosing from the diamond database, in order to find the right diamond quality and value for my money. I must say that he did an excellent 24/7 follow up, and was helpful to accommodate my special requirements.The final product overcome my expectations! When I opened the box I was astonished by the sparkling and the shining of the diamonds. The quality of workmanship is outstanding! Even though I am satisfied with the product, I strongly believe there are some improving opportunities in the service. I live abroad, I needed to be sure that there was no future need to send the rings back for adjustments, therefore I requested some images of the product, so I could verify everything was in order before the shipping however I didn't received the images. Another aspect that made feel dissapointed is the fact that I didnt received the appraisal report ´that most customers say in their review that comes in as standard. When I asked about it, I was told to send the rings back to B2C Jewels and to pay $50 which is not possible since I live abroad. B2C Jewels´ final recommendation was to get an appraisal from local jewelry in order to fulfill my insurance requirement. Anyways, I recommend B2C Jewels to offer this appraisal up front, Jewelry markets abroad do not work like in the USA, therefore and appraisal is extremely useful as a point of reference for your investment. Well, in general the experience was good,the product is an outstanding piece of jewelry. Definitely I would recommend B2C Jewels and will make business with them again. Just remind myself to ask for the appraisal report upfront! AN

I promised my wife some time ago that I would replace the engagement ring I gave her since it had been damaged and the jeweler that repaired it made a mess of it (long story). With our 35th anniversary approaching, I decided it had been long enough and ordered it. The ordering process was very easy and my customer service contact, Rio, walked me through the order completion process. He was very helpful through every step of the process. The ring arrived as promised and I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and the light on inside shone on the diamond. Very dramatic. The diamond which we ordered met our expectations, and we have not seen any issue with the Diamond ring so far. It is just as clean and shiny as it was when we received the diamond ring. Earlier I was skeptical of B2C Jewels but when I rad about them at some trusted diamond forums, (such as PriceScope) I decided to try out B2C Jewels and I am glad I did that. I also got original GIA certificate with the diamond ring.

When I discovered B2C Jewels, my initial contact was with Rio, and did also interact with Shane and Ronald at various points. I told Rio exactly what I was looking for, my specs and price. By this time I was almost an expert on diamonds due to my thorough research and sound advice from various diamond experts that I consulted. I wasn't so much crazy about the size as I was with the cut and clarity. For weeks, he stayed in the loop with me as I reviewed various diamond recommendations he made for settings and diamonds. He followed up from time to time. There were a few hiccups at first, esp. with some of the stones that I had ordered that ended up being canceled. Also the policy or rules regarding picking up the package directly from UPS, especially when I wasn't home, could be relaxed a bit - I got a bit of a run around on this front. Overall though, Rio's help made things a bit easy and I am happy with my eventual purchase, and so is my fiancee. I will definitely return to B2C for a matching wedding band.

The consultants there where very patient with helping me find the perfect diamond. They have some of the best prices I've seen. Shipping was fast. My ring is beautiful, I love it.
