B2C JewelsReviews of b2cjewels.com

My fiancé is very happy with her new ring! The sizing was perfect as well as the clarity of the diamond. I also loved the light in the box that comes on when you open it. I thought that was a nice added feature. If I had any questions Shane my customer rep was there every step of the way to ease my mind. Thanks Shane!!

Tina and Pascal were very helpful in getting my ring created and shipped to me. The diamond came with a full GIA report and the shipping was fast (overnight for a Saturday delivery). The ring is beautiful and comes in a very stylish box. I am very happy in my decision to use B2C.

The diamonds of B2C jewels are excellent, Amy's advice was the best, very good communication and service.

With Shane at B2C Jewels we felt in very good hands. The process was highly professional and the whole team works well together. We are fully conviced of the purchased product.

I came to B2C through a general search on RareCarat. They consistently had the lowest prices. But what really made the experience was Shane and the rest of his team being available to me by e-mail or phone all the time, including getting a picture and video of the diamond that other sites were unable to.

This is one jewelry store you can trust, like many buyers, you ought to have countless of sleepless night awaiting for you until you receive you piece. Thanks Shane, you kept that to the minimum, Great product and excellent customer services, good team.

I'll admit that I and especially my fiance were very weary about buying a diamond online. But after doing a ton of research about not only B2C Jewels but buying diamonds in general, I would do it all over again! B2C Jewels had the perfect diamond for my fiance. When I say perfect, I mean literally! It was flawless, no pin points or other blemishes. No fluorescence. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Not to mention that the price was a fraction of what I would have paid if I went into a retail store. Shane assisted me with my purchase from beginning to end and everything went smoothly. There were no hiccups and if I had any questions, Shane promptly answered my questions. I took my diamond in to have it set and even the jeweler said it was the perfect diamond! Thank you B2C Jewels! If I ever need an upgrade, I know where to go!

I was a first time jewelry buyer. Shane at B2C Jewels was great at helping me through the buying process. He made sure I had the product I wanted and that I understood the process moving forward. I elected to do the wire payment option and received all the necessary information to make that process easy. I got a little nervous once the funding was sent over as I did not hear much for a couple days, but when I reached out, Shane and his team were very easy to reach to explain the process. My delivery was slightly slower than the norm as we hit a delay during the holiday season with an overseas supplier being closed down for a week, but the engagement ring ended up getting to my house sooner than promised. From order to home delivery was 18 days including the supplier set back. The ring I received was beyond my expectations and the appraisal came in well above what I paid. If you have some extra time for the shipping and supplier process, but want an excellent product at an excellent price, I highly recommend!
