At first I was afraid I'm not dealing with a reputable online jeweler, and may have to return it , just like the others I've purchased from before. But the necklace I got is very beautiful, and worth the money I paid for. Now I have a reputable and reliable jeweler I can go to for future purchase of jewelry. Thanks a lot Alex!

Shane at B2C was super responsive. He responded to.all of my inquiries within minutes. I should say I am a real person not a fake review. I was nervous about buying a ring online but all went well. I paid 10k and it appraised at 15k.

Quick breakdown: Service - 5 Website ease of use - 3.5 Price - 5 The prices at B2C were what attracted me to the website at first. I was looking for a loose stone on a setting I already have, and B2C has a lot of choices for the quality and size that I was looking for. All the attributes for the diamonds are readily available on the web page and came with its own GIA report. However, not all the diamonds shown have their actual images displayed, or immediately available. At first I jumped on the website chat feature to talk to a representative to try to get the images. This is a very convenient feature. I was eventually put in direct contact with a sales rep, Anita, via email and she was my point of contact with B2C the entire way. The service is where B2C stood out. I was always in contact with Anita throughout the shopping process. I would list the stock numbers of the diamonds that I was interested in and ask for images and/or videos, then usually get a reply within a day. The process could be faster if the images were already available online, but I suppose that's the trade-off for a good deal. Anita would update me if a diamond I had looked at was sold, and made suggestions for other ones of similar grade and quality. She even reached out by phone to talk about some choices. The delivery was very quick after I made my purchase; over-night. I was able to track it the entire way. Anita even called me to make sure that the delivery was received when UPS indicated so. The stone came with its GIA grading report, and it looked beautiful. In all, I was happy with the stone and B2C's competitive pricing. I did have to do my homework to be able to understand the diamond from the grading report, and also to know what images/videos to ask for on a stone. It can be a bit of work, although this is an important purchase so I wasn't going to be lazy to begin with anyway. Furthermore, Anita was there to support me every step of the way.

My diamonds turned out great! Team was helpful and responsive but Simon's knowledge and great follow up shone through. Don't bother with the customization though unless you are willing to wait 1 additional month! Also prepaid for the CAD photos which turned out to be some badly taken iphone photo. I demanded a refund which could only be used for a store credit.

Initially, I thought I had a good experience with this jeweler. Their prices seemed to be on target so I decided to use them. I worked primarily with Tina to get a custom setting and over and over she promised that I would get the ring "well before" a certain date that I needed it by. I, myself, had to make a call to see that my order had been delayed another week — I never even got a call from the company! They are so poor at giving updates. I was shocked and outraged by the unprofessionalism and unwillingness to appease me as a customer. They should have gone onto the streets of NYC's diamond district and made my order for me in NYC. I was never told that all gems AND the assembly were done overseas and that I wasn't guaranteed the date I needed the ring by. I am thoroughly disappointed with the company and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. ----------------------------------- UPDATE: After about a week, the company called me to remedy the situation. The director of consumer education called me and wrote me an email apologizing for the terrible customer service. Ultimately, B2C made the ring ready for me to pick-up in their NYC offices the day it originally was due and offered it to me with a considerable discount. They told me that my situation was unusual since I was working with a woman from their company who was just hired and I was her first sale. I am glad the company reached out to me and treated me nicely to remedy the hell of a roller coaster that I was put on.
