Buying diamonds online can be scary but I have used B2C before so when I went shopping for my dream diamond (5ct) I started with them. Even though the shop was closed due to covid-19 I got all the help I needed from Tina & Patrick. They helped me find just the one I wanted and I'm thrilled with it. Thanks guys.

I can honestly recommend B2C jewels and my lovely assistant Shane to not only come up with the best prices for loose diamonds but also have the knowledge and expertise to guide me through the process. My journey began in August when after 35 years of marriage my engagement ring was looking rather tired. I started my search in the UK but found that prices were way too high to even consider, so i started looking further afield across the pond. Although all the websites i found were a font of knowledge, the customer service experience was leaving me cold. One site had stunning diamonds but would not disclose the certificate unless you requested the same, which i found to be a negative. Another site took forever to get back to me which i felt was also a negative. Shane however turned all that around and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Shane for all your help and I wish you a successful career going forward. They have a real gem in you. Marian x

Couple days into receiving the product, so I cannot vouch for its long-term durability, but it is legitimate and affordable. The online store is a relatively elementary, which got me a little worried, but I was glad I took the gamble and purchased my ring there! I confirmed the authenticity with my personal loupe, and the customer service rep (Johnny), was very helpful!
