Azura NYC (azurajewelry.com)Reviews of azurajewelry.com

Fantastic experience from start to finish. No where else could I find the customer design I was looking for. We absolutely loved all the little details to this ring. I wanted a natural green sapphire so Azura nyc found one at auction for me! Would 100% recommend to everyone else.

Ever since I came across Azura Jewelry’s page, I’ve been in love with their products. I was hesitant to order because of the distance, so I simply shared their products with my boyfriend and told him how much I loved their rings. I honestly never expected him to remember it! During our anniversary, he surprised me with the Heart’s Desire Mozambique Red Garnet Ring, and I instantly fell in love with it. My birthday is in January, so knowing that garnet is my birthstone made it even more special. ❤️ The ring is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. The actual piece is just as stunning, which made me fall even more in love with Azura Jewelry’s products. Such a beautiful and thoughtful anniversary gift. I absolutely love my ring! ❤️

On entering the jewellery shop for the first time i couldn't help but feel that I had come to the right place, the reconstruction of my damaged gold ring was amazing, this prompted me to have my gold signet ring resized and polished . Totally satisfied

I had an issue with the shipping (my mistake) and emailed their contact mailbox to request assistance. They took the time to reply and assist as needed. The order arrived quickly and in immaculate condition.

The best customer service, went above and beyond. Have recommended them to a few people I know now.

Beautiful jewelry! Got a moss agate stone with white topaz in gold. Have worn it daily for a month, and it's still holding up! Absolutely worth the price

Beautiful jewelry! Shipping was a bit over the recommended timeframe but was worth the wait! Customer service is responsive.
