Pretty but quality isn't great
I ordered a ring as my engagement ring and I absolutely loved it and honestly, I still think it’s a beautiful ring. What I found disappointing is the quality. Unfortunately, around 13–14 months after purchasing it, one of the small stones fell out. Of course this happened just outside of the guarantee period, which was really disappointing considering how carefully I wear it. I contacted customer service and while they did agree to repair it for a fee, because I’m based in Europe the return shipping costs would have been extremely expensive and just not worth it. It’s a shame because I genuinely love the look of the ring (and even left a very positive review on their website!), but based on my experience, I personally don’t think the quality matches the price point, and because of that I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending it to others.

Hi Colleen, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are truly sorry to hear about the issue with your engagement ring, especially given how meaningful this piece is. After reviewing the photos provided, we found that one of the prongs securing the accent stone was no longer present, which is what caused the stone to fall out. Because engagement rings are worn daily, prongs can gradually experience wear or accidental impact and should be inspected periodically — many jewelers recommend every 6 months for rings intended for everyday wear. As your ring was delivered in Oct 2024 and now is May 2026, it was already outside our 1-year warranty period. However, we still wanted to help restore your ring, which is why our team offered a heavily subsidized repair service to rebuild the prong and replace the missing stone, along with guidance on the most cost-effective international shipping methods available. We completely understand your decision not to proceed due to the international shipping costs involved, and we truly appreciate both your support and your feedback.
