Really difficult to navigate their process! Adds to the stress of travel when it is as complex as it is! I'm surprised virgin are promoting their use.

Awful!!! The most unprofessional service/ organization EVER. I’m surprised they are actually in business. Feels like a major scam. Do Not use them if you need your test for a flight, you will never get your results!

Absolutely horrible, incompetent. Wasted two hours of my life waiting at the lab for my requisition form they never sent to me. Almost had to throw away $5k on a trip that I would not be able to go on without a Covid test due to their incompetence. Stay away!!

Azova is the Facebook of medical corporatization. They sell nonexistent covid tests in foreign countries (I triple-checked this) that, due to airlines requiring results within 24 hours of testing, will cause stress, panic and rage. They will NOT refund you without a fight. Book your covid test elsewhere, PLEASE! If it's too late, do a dispute with your credit card because you will be jerked around by their people (bots?) till you scream.

DONT USE THIS PLATFORM unless you have no other alternative. This is easily the worst platform I have used. 1) It wont verify your email address, so make sure you have entered it correctly 2) appointments and any confirmation they send you doesn't have an address or a clinic name so write this down before you go to the payment page 3) the QR code that they send you isn't visible on the Gmail app on your phone so you need to use another 4) you will struggle to login to see your appointment and get your results. When you authenticate the page will spin for ages. Only Edge would work for me 24 hours later 5) when you click on your results it says no document found. after 3 or 4 clicks it will eventually show

We bought the ellume covid test abs had to use this organisation for the remote supervision What a pain The process is complicated the app doesn’t work and they don’t reliably send you the certificate ACOID

Utterly awful! Bought 3 tests with observation from them . When it came to the video call the Ellume test would not work and a message came up saying that it had been recalled . I bought the tests and observations from Azova but they point blank refused to refund my money saying it was not their fault the product had been recalled - DESPIT ME BUYING THE KITS FROM THEM ! I have now had to scabble around and pay a lot of money to get a test to return to the UK . Don't waste your money - avoid these cowboys .

Despite having booked 13 days before test to travel UK to Barbados we were told they could not carry out this test leaving us stranded without fit to fly cover - you cannot speak to anyone for a refund - they owe us £160
