Overall, azova platform provided the service. There was some issues with hearing the proctors, not sure if it was my end of theirs, but they called on my phone and were able to resolve the issue this way.

Ridiculously complicated. All it should take is to upload a pic of the vaccine card and a clear link to Safe Travels Hawaii. Instead, there was a delay in getting cleared and verified and the link wasn’t obvious. And why would you call it an “exception to quarantine?” I’m vaccinated and do T need any “exceptions!”

Scheduled time when we arrived Miami hotel. My husband scheduled his first, and after it started I was encouraged to join him. Our contact was easy to work with and pretty clear to understand each step. Follow up results were within half hour. All went well.
