Good convenient service
Overall, the experience was great. Attendant walked us through the procedure and was patient with us. The app is slightly confusing, as you will get off one call while you wait for your results and then hop on another to confirm them. Well worth it though to be able to do this where we were straight staying as opposed to having to go somewhere and possibly pay a lot of money. I would use the service again.

The person who I worked with was very…
The person who I worked with was very patient and took her time until I was able to understand or get the app to work correctly. The app was a little flaky and the sound did not want to work correctly with the first connection. Overall an easy experience.

When asking for help
When asking for help, I did not get questions answered in a timely fashion. There was a 30 minute to hour response time. When taking our test our oberver was very helpful! This site needs a tutorial addressing how to use site, how to schedule appt and how to make experience less stressful.
