I used it for a Covid test to return home to Canada. The website was well laid out and I didn’t have any problems. So convenient to have so many online time slots available even after regular business hours.

Received a message saying my vaccination records were confirmed, however in the app they show not confirmed and the Hawaii website says Azova has not confirmed my records. No response from Azova to this issue.

Upon arrival in San Diego we were told we did not need this test to enter to Hawaii so It was a total waste of money. We arrived at our destination and was told the same thing. I will be seeking reimbursement for these unnecessary expensive tests.
