I worked with Daniel Jimenez. He was very quick to respond to questions, make policy modifications, and explain how coverages worked to better understand the process and propose alternatives. Very happy to have chosen Azibo!

They found a great price on landlord insurance for me. Too bad they screwed up the mailing address somehow.

It took them over two weeks to verify my account. Multiple times I received calls, emails, and support communication saying it was verified. But in the platform it wasn't. Every time I got through one barrier, there was another one. And yet they're constantly harassing me to add my tenant, add a lease. At one point they even wanted me to prove that I was leasing my own property from myself. This company is a joke--completely disconnected from reality of their actual platform. Their software is a joke.

I have been very impressed with the Azibo service, and your customer service representatives have been very helpful. I want to especially call out Daniel Jimenez in insurance who sold us three new policies on our rental properties. He was extremely prompt, did most of the background work, and got us the best price. The only part of your service that could be improved is to allow the Azibo checking account to be a joint account rather than only an individual account. I own properties with my brother and would like him to have access to the account if something happened to me.

Torri, the head of Mortgage solutions department is a fantastic guy! Work even after hours and off days to help me with every questions and problems, nice, professional and calm. Highly recommend
