The overall aspects of this website is great, they have recently done an update that made one portion more difficult. And you're welcome to reach out to me for more information on that particular piece. The only way that I can see other than fixing the previous mentioned that this could be any better is if it was an actual app. Not a website or in addition to a website. As a landlord this has been absolutely fantastic very convenient for me as a landlord and for my tenants.

Great service! Makes collecting rent easy. 5 stars once they implement the option to collect incremental late fees (only one time fee available currently).

Fast response. Best rate. Quick completion. Only downside was the initial quote was artificially low due to human error. They quoted as a duplex not a fourplex, even though I indicated fourplex. Otherwise, great service!

Happy that you managed to get me insurance, just 2 hours before my present one expired. Gave you 4 stars only because you had over 3 weeks to get me new coverage, which made me very nervous that you wouldn’t manage in time. Cutting it a bit too close for my likening. However keep the good work up!

Overall I had a good experience working with Zibo to find new property insurance for my properties. They were able to find a better coverage and better pricing for my properties
