Azibo holds onto rent payments far longer than they claim to - I receive my tenant’s rent 7 days after they have paid it. Have complained to Azibo repeatedly and they just shrug. Looking for a new service !

A lot of errors when filling out information even though there wasn't any error and sometimes had to refresh to fix it; however, still excited about this free landlord tool and hoping it'll be helpful in the future!

The Azibo interface is good but my tenants have had poor experiences due to being charged when Azibo never informed them and payments not going through. Azibo also have no way to continue to add the cost of late fee when each day the late fee goes up. I am hoping with my honest constructive feedback that this product will improve. I will not give up yet.

They were able to get me insurance, but that insurance fell through days later and I was not notified. My payment was made and Zibo made no attempts to help get it back. Zibo did however get me new insurance. The rest is yet to be seen.

I love the staff at Zibo. They are wonderful, patient, helpful and do their best. I do not know if it is me or the system itself, but I do not find the system that user friendly. To send payment through the bill pay system, you must have a street address, they do not allow a PO Box, but are working on this issue. You should not have to override the system to send your bills where they need to go (a PO address). I also have a hard time understanding balances and transactions without moving back and forth between the different venues. Maybe the program needs to be written by someone more simple minded?? I get quite frustrated with the whole thing. The idea is good, and I want desperately to use it, but now I am transferring money to my personal account and paying my rental things through it, it seems to defeat the cause of keeping it all together in one landlord account. I don't like to complain but I'm thinking of dropping it because I need some "easy" in my life.
