Wish I had done some research on this company before I bought a “rug” for over $60. It turns out to just be a printed picture of a rug in a bath mat type material. I am emailing them to try and get my money back but doubt that’s going to happen. I’ll be contacting the bank to report the fraud as well.

I wish there was less than one stat and that I knew that the name of this scam was a cozy. I ordered a quilt for $90. It turned out to be a picture printed on lingerie type fabric held together with quilt type stitching. The binding is the type traditionally used on the inside of a garment that is not intended to be seen. The image is enlarged beyond the intended size so the edges of the colors are fuzzy instead of clean and crisp. I tried to return it and the most they will offer is a 30% refund. I do not want this. I want to return this substandard flimsy piece of junk and get my money back. But that is not in the business model for this company. DO NOT BUY THIS.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my rug. It is true. It is not a rug at all, but a mat. The pictures on the website have to be fake, because this is not a "rug". Very disappointed in what I got for the price. Been trying to contact to see about returning, but no luck. Don't wast your money

I reported them to the BBB for fraud. Pictures used on site are copied from legitimate sites and the so called "pile rugs" are nothing but stolen designs printed onto a cheap foam "fabric". All this coming from China. Originally they gave a fake address in Texas, and NO phone contact. The "rug" may arrive eventually. but it will be a little folded up piece of material in a plastic bag - either from China or another bogus address in New Jersey. Don't lose your $ on their scam! AzCozy.com is still up but they are now operating as KayleeAndTepid.com...same scam, different name

Just like so many others, I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. What I thought would be a quality rug, turned out to be a foam rug with a printed picture. This is part of one email I received from Brayden Rogers, "Currently, the order is being processed, and we’re making sure to deliver the quality that will rock your socks off, literally." I wouldn't give this as a gift let alone use it in my home. If you order from Azcozy, keep your expectations low because that's the quality of the product. I kick myself for not researching this company thoroughly before purchasing.

There is a company called Azcozy that heavily advertises quilts and carpet on Facebook. The photo I saw was a beautiful hand-pieced and quilted quilt. What I received was a blurry copy of the original quilt image on cheap synthetic fabric. When I wrote to complain, I received a message that I would receive a 30% discount of the purchase price. This never materialized. When I asked for a return address and form to return the quilt for a refund, my request was not answered. These people are crooks.
