I love that Ayla has sample sizes of products! The customer service is also really good. I received a reply to my query pretty fast and Beth was thorough in her response.

I find that ayla is a great resource for learning about skincare, not only the blogs, but also the comments. I don’t see customer reviews for products, which I usually check, but for some reason don’t miss while on Ayla. The products are well-selected and categorized. I come here for myhavtorn, 12, Marie Veronique, Luzern, plume, but also to just browse in a relaxed web environment. The service is excellent: a few times they emailed to correct or reduce an order if products were expiring. To me, that’s honesty and attentiveness.
