Great selection and even better customer service

Ayla does an amazing job on so many levels. It is very nice to know that they've already curated brands and products based on their thoughtful criteria. Exploring those brands is so fun because the descriptions are thoughtful and detailed. Customer service is friendly, and shipping is lighting fast. I'm a happy, devoted customer!

Ayla is so wonderful. Every purchase I make from them is exceptional. Although they do not have the sales that other online stores offer, they have the expertise and offer selected high performance brands that most other stores do not offer. I appreciate that they take product reviews seriously, and only purchase top quality. In this way I can trust that what I will receive will actually work. I also appreciate that they ask if you would like a sample. In this recent purchase I asked to try two samples of the same product line that I was purchasing from, and they provided the samples..... not only did I get to choose (other stores choose for you, which leads most often to waste and receiving a product that is not desired or suited to my skin), but they also gave me enough to actually try out 3-4 times to really test how I liked it. Offering samples that allow you to try once does not cut it for me. I have extremely sensitive skin, and a one time shot does not necessarily mean that it will work. I am so very pleased with this company as always. I will be purchasing from them again.

The Twelve Ideal Moisture Level Serum made all the difference to my painfully dry skin this fire season. My richest creams & oils just weren't helping until I started with a few drops of the Twelve Serum. My skin doesn't hurt anymore and is much smoother.

Ayla has a great easy to navigate website. Wonderful products that range from organic skincare to brands from Swiss and French brands (and there is a section on the website to see what brands come from which country!). Basically the best of the best in safe, natural and highly dermatologically effective skincare. Great samples and there is an area on the site during check out where you can request to try something. I wanted to try an eye cream and a little handmade sample was included in my package.

AYLA is such a gorgeous store, filled with beautiful products for hair, body, skin and clean cosmetics. It is the reason why I head into San Francisco when I am in the area. Highly recommend popping in and chatting with their great staff!
