I have been very disappointed in the last 2 "gift" set from Ayla. The last one was the $100 with fairly large purchase. I did not find anything in this package to I could use. I switched to Ayla from direct buying from Vintner's Daughter because Ayla offered many products, at the same price and small samples -- with my last order I did not receive the Vintner's Daughter sample and the gift package did not contain any products of value to me. Ayla is prompt but I feel the value has decreased in the past year.

Ayla is a remarkable company bringing some of the best products on the market into our lives. Skincare companies I had never heard of have been opened up by Ayla Beauty. I highly recommend purchasing from the company.

This is my first time shopping with Ayla Beauty but I really like it so far. I love being able to pay for a few tiny samples because I don't want products to go to waste if they don't work well for me. Customer service has been thoughtful enough to write a personalized note with shipment and send a follow up email on how my products are working out. That means a lot to me. I look forward to shopping more and trying their unique products in the very near future.

Best Products and Great Customer Service - I like that they only carry healthy skin and beauty products, and that they are so knowledgable about them. Any time I've had questions, they thoroughly answer me in detail. I've discovered some great new products through them.

This was the first time i ordered from Ayla and the process was easy, quick, and pleasant. I'm on the opposite coast but the items arrived promptly and some very nice samples, and a friendly note, were included. I recommend Ayla without hesitation.

Had a very positive experience with Ayla customer service and the site itself.. Friendly immediate response and timely resolution to my ordering issue (problem was on my end) was greatly appreciated. Brand offerings are on point. The staff reviews or experiences with products are extremely helpful. I pored over the Vintner’s Daughter Essence and Yüli’s Ambrosia Beauty Nectar reviews repeatedly before deciding which product to purchase first. I love that they offer a plethora of samples with your order and bonus, for $7 (?) you can request specific samples.

I ordered a few sunscreens from Ayla, and I love them! I can be picky, but they recommended some great stuff. Awesome customer service and quick shipping 10/10! :)
